The beds were super comfy, but road noise kept us up at night.

We enjoyed our stay here while exploring the local attractions, and the location was a big plus for us. Being just a short walk away from Countdown Queenstown for groceries made it convenient. The beds were super comfortable, and having the option to park close to the hotel was a huge relief. However, we found that the lack of a microwave in our room was a bit awkward, especially for families like ours. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the value for money was impressive.

Shower hose broken. lack of a makeup mirror and poor lighting made it tough to get ready. Only minimal hot drink sachets provided, though four cups placed in the room. Housekeeping service was delayed until the end of the day, with a noticeable mess under the bed, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Road noise and disturbances from neighboring rooms made it difficult to relax at times.

We loved that the restaurant opens early at 6am, allowing us to enjoy the delightful buffet breakfast before heading out for a day of skiing. The hotel's location in the shopping center made it incredibly convenient, as we were close to all shops and just a short drive from the airport.
Unfortunately, the hotel was quite noisy during our stay, with late-night disturbances from other guests.

Best nights sleep ever! Had a Superior Twin Room, super comfy beds and tons of amenities like a fridge, coffee machine, and walk-in shower. Location was amazing, close to shops and bus stop. Spa facilities were on point, so relaxing with full body massages. Loved my stay!

The room was comfy, especially the bed, which felt super soft. I loved that they changed towels and made the bed every day, it was like coming back home. The bathroom had a rain shower which was a nice touch. My only complaint was that the breakfast options could get a bit boring if you stay for longer since it was pretty much the same each day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Best place I stayed in all of New Zealand! The beds are incredibly comfy. I could sleep for days. The Superior King Room was spotless, and I loved the body wash and shampoo—very masculine yet smelled fantastic. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a great value!
The price was a bit high.
